CBP AMO and Border Patrol Agents Rescue Injured Hiker in El Paso

The hiker, a U.S. citizen, had fallen and sustained injuries during a hike. Due to the steep terrain, the El Paso Fire Department's Combined Search and Rescue Team was unable to safely transport him. An off-duty AMO crew was called in to assist, using night vision to execute a precise rescue operation. The hiker was stabilized and transported to El Paso University Medical Center.
