Driver Arrested for DWI After Crash That Ended Inside Business in Mission

MISSION, Texas – A driver was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a collision between two vehicles caused a truck to crash into a business in Mission, according to the Police Department. The accident was reported around 8:24 a.m. on Monday in the 500 block of North Conway. Preliminary information from the police indicates that a black truck was traveling east on Sixth Street while a white GMC was heading south. Authorities stated that the white GMC collided with the black truck, causing the latter to veer off the road and crash into a business. Despite the impact, no injuries were reported. Mission Police reported that the driver of the GMC was arrested for DWI, driving while intoxicated.
