No-Kill RGV Coalition is a volunteer-run organization based on a network of foster homes that promotes the 'no-kill' philosophy in the Rio Grande Valley. Through adoption programs, community education, support for pet owners, access to veterinary services, and pet food pantries, it works to keep animals out of shelters and in safe, loving homes.
