McALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — McAllen residents have elected Michael Fallek as their city commissioner for District 5, according to unofficial results. Fallek received 571 votes, or 50.04% of the vote, defeating opponents Felinda Villareal and Mark Murray.
