A fire early Wednesday morning destroyed a mobile home and an RV in Edinburg. The Edinburg Fire Department responded to the incident on North Doolittle Road around 3:43 a.m. Firefighters found both structures completely engulfed in flames. Fortunately, the resident of the mobile home was evacuated safely, and there were no reported injuries. The Hidalgo County Fire Marshal's Office is currently investigating the cause of the fire.
