Harlingen, TX – The Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District will host a summit to raise awareness about THC and vaping. The main focus of this meeting is how to have conversations with children and how to protect them from THC use and vaping. The event is organized in collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Administration, the South Texas High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas, the Harlingen Police Department, Cameron and Hidalgo counties, South Texas Behavioral Health Solutions, and the Cameron County Sheriff's Office.
