HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Low rain chances return to the Valley, finally giving us a little relief from the Saharan dust through Sunday. Moisture coming up from the Gulf, combined with a trough near the mountains of Mexico and the usual sea breeze, will work together to bring scattered rain chances.  Showers may begin Friday
