Responding Officers were dispatched in reference to “multiple underage subjects are drinking at location.” The Reporting Party (RP) contacted police to check a residence on the 1800 block of Kingsborough Avenue, in McAllen, after they received a “picture of incident and reported approximately 30 people at the location
