HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — After recent rainy days, mosquitoes are coming out. To help residents protect themselves from bites, the Cameron County Public Health is providing free bug spray while supplies last. The department will distribute the bug spray at the San Benito Annex located at 1390 W. Expressway 83, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.
