MEXICO CITY – The Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) of the Mexican government confirmed on Monday the arrest of a man identified as Jovany ‘N’, who is considered a key member of the criminal cell responsible for the murder of two public officials in Mexico City. The detainee, known as 'La Muñeca', is accused of being one of the individuals who carried out the murder of public officials Ximena Guzmán and José Muñoz, close to the head of government, Clara Brugada.
