SAN DIEGO – Mexican authorities discovered a tunnel equipped with lighting, ventilation, and even a transport rail, between the borders of Tijuana and San Diego. The tunnel was found on Saturday during a search warrant at a residence in the Nueva Tijuana neighborhood, according to the Attorney General's Office.
